With over 24 years of experience in real estate and banking, Mr. Dionisio has led numerous large-scale projects and business expansions. Former President and CEO of Primehomes Real Estate, he is recognized as a Fellow in Real Estate by FIABCI-Philippines and completed the Accelerated Management Program at Yale University. Known for visionary leadership and strategic growth, he continues to inspire the future of real estate in the Philippines.
Kazanuri Nakata
A seasoned expert in Japanese and Philippine real estate markets, Mr. Nakata has 20+ years of experience in investment strategy and appraisal in Japan, plus 5+ years of on-ground experience in the Philippines. He specializes in cross-border investment opportunities, bridging Japanese investors with the Philippine property market through integrity, innovation, and deep market insight.

With over 20 years of experience in finance and real estate operations, Mrs. Dionisio has worked as a Treasury Officer for a leading developer and managed resort operations.
